Location And Environment

Lake Chibwera Camp is a camp run by UWA and located on the outskirts of Queen Elizabeth National Park in Katunguru. It is built in an African traditional style with well-furnished African materials.

The camp is adjacent to River Chibwera and it portrays unmatched views of the beautiful shores, the extensive savannah vegetation, and the riverine forest. Hence a conducive lodge to stay in.

The campsite majorly has bandas and a hospitable staff that is so welcoming to visitors.
